Good course with hands-on knowlege

It helped me to get confidence that AI is something attainable for all of us if willing to open our mind and put in some work. Miqdad is a great teacher and and course has been a great experience!

Recently finished the AI Product Management Certification from Product Faculty, taught by Miqdad Jaffer from OpenAI A few takeaways that stood out: - How training data quality and fine-tuning decisions materially shape model behavior - The differences between managing traditional programs vs. complex AI systems (especially agents) - Practical experience demoing and iterating in the OpenAI Playground - Real constraints around compute, tokens, and system parameters, and how they influence decisions - Prompting best practices as an interface design problem, not just a technique It was deep, practical, and immediately applicable. Looking forward to applying these learnings.

Great course, my fave is the product leadership, specifically about the shared worldview. If the team doesn’t share the same “worldview,” scaling won’t save you. It only magnifies the gaps.

Great end to end experience about learning AI

The depth of hands-on experience, use cases, and engagement during the course was invaluable. This isn't a course where you listen to a lecture. You are put into groups to collaborate, and your thinking is pushed. 10/10 reccomend.

Great course to understand the foundations.

This AI Product Management Certification course gave me a clear, end-to-end framework for building AI-first products, from discovery through launch. The content felt highly practical and immediately applicable to my work as a digital product manager. Miqdad was an excellent instructor, grounding the concepts in real-world examples and providing thoughtful feedback throughout the course.

The logical and real world approach of applying AI was clearly articulated in a process that is easily repeatable.

I didn’t want to learn AI in fragments. I was searching for a single place where I could learn everything end-to-end, in a structured way. Something that starts with the fundamentals, explains the “why”, and then gradually moves into real-world application.

I loved how interactive the course was. Not just a one-way exchange of information. Lots of opportunities to connect with others.

I recently completed the AI Product Manager course from Product School and it exceeded my expectations in every way.
