at first i was a little sceptical as the pre-recorded contents were not yet available to watch and the course structure did not make intuitive sense to me. but once i saw the q&a recordings of other cohorts and joined all the mixers and our own q&a sessions i can say i took a lot out of it that greatly inspired me to go beyond ordinary. it really depends on you how much you take out of this course. it is all there and miqdad surely KNOWS and LIVES what he is speaking about!

Great live cohort experience. The content is practical, but what surprised me most was how helpful the discussions and examples were - you get to see how other PMs frame problems, define quality, and make calls around scope. The instructor’s feedback and real-world perspective made the frameworks stick. I left with a clearer plan for applying this to my team’s roadmap.

I really enjoyed the AI Product Management course with Maven. It strikes a great balance between strategic thinking and practical application, with clear frameworks that make a fast-moving space feel structured and approachable. The content is highly relevant, well-paced, and immediately useful for anyone working in or around product. I came away with a much clearer mental model for how to apply AI thoughtfully in real product environments, not just talk about it.

I didn’t want “AI buzzwords.” I wanted REAL understanding. Product Faculty’s AI PM Certification helped me go deeper into how to think, build, and evaluate AI features with confidence. Huge thanks to Jennifer Liu + Miqdad Jaffer (Miqdad’s teaching is next-level: crisp, approachable, and immediately usable).

I really enjoyed this cohort. The course is well structured and strikes a good balance between strategic framing and practical application. The close support and active community discussions added a lot of value, especially learning from peers’ questions and use cases. The guides and sessions are actionable and help to apply the concepts directly to real product work. Live participation is worth planning for on weekends, although everything is recorded. There’s also a high degree of freedom around the capstone, so it pays to think about your own use case early or team up with others. Overall, a strong program that prepares both builders and decision-makers well for the realities of AI product management.

I joined this cohort because I was tired of vague “AI product” advice and wanted something I could actually use at work. It delivered. The frameworks were useful, but what really clicked for me was the discipline around definition of done, writing the AI PRD with guardrails and success metrics, and then building a simple evaluation plan (golden set + red-teaming) instead of doing vibe checks. The live sessions were high-signal, and Moe was super present in Q&A (you get real answers, not hand-waves). I’m leaving with a capstone I’m proud of and a playbook I’ll reuse. Highly recommend if you’re building AI features for real.

The highest ROI course I’ve taken in years. I came into this course with hands-on experience building AI products, but this program was the catalyst that refined my approach and took my skills to the next level. It was instrumental in helping me secure my new role as a Senior AI Product Manager. Miqdad Jaffer is a phenomenal instructor. He moves past the basics and digs into the rigorous 'how' of shipping AI products using the 4D Method. I also found immense value in the executive sessions; learning directly from top industry leaders gave me a strategic depth that is hard to find elsewhere. If you want to go beyond simple prompts and actually master the end-to-end lifecycle of building and shipping AI products, this is the certification to get.

Most content can be learned from online videos, the interaction with the instructor was deliberately discouraged and limited, which could have added value above and beyond a video course.

This course fundamentally reshaped the way I think about my work, not just in terms of tools or tactics, but at a much deeper level involving strategy, judgment, and how real value is created in an AI-driven environment. Before taking this course, I believed I had a reasonably strong grasp of AI concepts, product thinking, and execution. I knew how to talk about models, features, roadmaps, and metrics. What I did not fully appreciate was how incomplete that perspective was without a rigorous understanding of human behavior, strategic leverage, and the systemic implications of AI on organizations and decision-making. The course forced me to confront that gap directly, and in doing so, it changed both how I approach my day-to-day work and how I measure my own effectiveness. One of the most profound lessons I took away is that successful AI products are not fundamentally about technology, sophistication, or novelty. They are about behavior. The course repeatedly emphasized that strategy lives or dies based on whether it changes user behavior in a meaningful and sustained way. That idea sounds obvious on the surface, but internalizing it has changed how I evaluate ideas, features, and even entire product directions. I now instinctively ask myself not “Is this technically impressive?” or “Can we build this?” but “What behavior does this unlock, and what resistance does it remove?” This shift has made my thinking more disciplined and grounded. I spend less time chasing clever solutions and more time understanding motivations, anxieties, habits, and the friction that keeps people from acting. As a result, my work has become far more focused on outcomes rather than outputs. The behavioral science framework introduced in the course, particularly the idea that action only happens when drive outweighs resistance, has become a mental model I use constantly. It has helped me diagnose why certain initiatives stall despite strong intent and resources, and why others succeed even with modest capabilities. Instead of attributing failure to vague causes like “lack of adoption” or “poor timing,” I now break problems down into motivation, enablement, momentum, friction, anxiety, and inertia. This has made my problem-solving far more precise. I can articulate what is actually blocking progress and propose interventions that are targeted rather than generic. That clarity has significantly improved both my confidence and the quality of my contributions in discussions with colleagues and stakeholders. Another major shift came from understanding AI leverage at different levels. Before this course, I largely viewed AI as a productivity enhancer, something that helps individuals work faster or produce more. The course made it clear how limited that mindset is. True impact comes from moving beyond task-level automation and into workflow and capability-level leverage. This idea has directly changed how I prioritize my work. I now look for opportunities to redesign processes, eliminate entire classes of work, and build shared capabilities that scale across teams rather than optimizing isolated tasks. This has had a noticeable effect on my performance because the work I do now compounds. Instead of delivering incremental improvements, I am contributing to changes that alter how work flows through the organization, which creates far greater long-term value. The strategic frameworks around “who, what, and how” also sharpened my thinking in a way that feels permanent. I used to treat target audiences, differentiation, and execution as loosely connected concepts. The course taught me to see them as an integrated system of choices that must reinforce each other. This has made me much more deliberate in how I frame proposals and strategies. I no longer try to appeal to everyone or solve everything at once. I am more comfortable narrowing focus, making trade-offs explicit, and defending those choices based on strategic coherence rather than intuition alone. That discipline has improved both the clarity of my work and how it is received by others. Perhaps most importantly, the course changed how I see my own role and growth. It reframed performance away from individual effort and toward leverage, judgment, and orchestration. I am less focused on doing more and more focused on deciding better. I think more about where human judgment is essential and where it should step back to let systems operate. This mindset has reduced wasted effort, improved the quality of decisions I influence, and made my work feel more intentional and impactful. I am no longer just executing tasks or delivering artifacts; I am shaping systems, guiding behavior, and contributing to strategy in a way that feels aligned with the realities of the AI era. In summary, this course did not simply teach me new concepts; it fundamentally recalibrated how I think, decide, and operate. It made my work more strategic, my performance more leveraged, and my understanding of value creation far more mature. The frameworks and perspectives I gained are not things I will outgrow quickly; they feel like durable mental tools that will continue to shape how I approach problems and measure success for years to come.

he AI Strategy course fully met my expectations. It strengthened my strategic thinking and helped me adapt established frameworks to the realities of AI-driven product development. Most importantly, it enabled me to refine and evolve my company’s product strategy in a practical, immediately applicable way. I was able to apply the concepts in my day-to-day work well before completing it and saw tangible impact as a result. This was a really strong program for anyone trying to make sense of AI at a leadership level. Instead of going deep into AI theory, it focuses on the strategic decisions that actually matter....how to build defensible advantages, think about go-to-market, pricing and packaging, and whether the economics of an AI investment really make sense. The material is practical and immediately useful, and I found myself applying the frameworks right away. I’d highly recommend it to anyone responsible for AI strategy or outcomes.
