A clear point of view on AI product strategy. It forces clarity, synthesis, and defensible thinking rather than busywork, and the 4-Hypothesis + Forces framework is extremely practical and memorable.

Great course. The best thing is the capstone project.

While my schedule was hectic, he ability to catch up out of band was critical as I traveled around the world while this course was offered. The AI foundations and strategy for leading a AI Project were in alignment with my own experiences, but the added value of lessons learned, logic structures, and tools made this a worthwhile course. I would recommend and fund this course for any PM in my team to take.

I'm feeling more comfortable venturing into proposals. Recently, I've been leading workshops where AI has helped me accelerate ideation. Now, it's time to focus on documentation – where I still need to improve, and I already know where AI can help me. Probably like many in the course I've been using the methods and frameworks already in my day-to-day work but also experimenting with them in my own processes and workflows to see how I can adapt them

This course helped me understand the overlaps and differences between traditional product management and AI product management, helping me as a director set my teams up for continued growth and success as our products evolve. Additionally this course gave me structure I needed to cut through all the AI noise and understand the critical pieces to building impactful products, including updating context as new AI capabilities becomes available.

Invaluable course learning from Miqdad, who it’s clear from Day 1 is amongst the most knowledgeable in the field of AI Product Management and also an incredible teacher. Great AI course for PMs that not only covers the basics, but gives you the opportunity to get hands on and build. The key to advancing in AI fluency is building. I also appreciated the live sessions and brief discussions with fellow students.

The combination of the 4D method and the essentials how to build, optimize and evaluate AI products, give aspiring AI Product managers a good foundation to build upon. After this course you're equipped with the knowledge needed to build your own LLM-driven prototypes and help manage AI-product teams.
