Great insight from world Product leaders - all humble with battle-tested ideas and stories. Pushed us to do real interviews, dive deep into user problems and link them to business outcomes. Engaging exercises (if brief) but the Capstone project is what truly captured the learning - through application, mentorship and guidance to a final result the whole group is proud of.

The Advanced PM course was a fantastic experience. Jennifer and the PF team provided invaluable insights and the guest speaker sessions were incredibly useful. The practical case studies and the Capstone project were an excellent way to reinforce my learning, while the regular coaching sessions were invaluable for developing my product sense. I particularly enjoyed the negotiation techniques, metrics and understanding of different strategies for developing 0->1 and scaling them. Finally, the networking opportunities and working with senior product leaders throughout the course was a significant value-add. Thank you PF.

Jen is a fantastic spokesperson. She is very humble and shares her experience which helped me relate to many concepts.
The course goes through important topics of the daily life of a product manager. Leaders might find parts of the class basic, but it is full of gems. Having case studies from external participants and renowned product professionals adds an interesting twist versus regular weekly courses.

Very useful insights and methods to handle PM day to day issues. Things I always used wonder what would be the best ways not just to handle but to have a win-win situation

This program was a game-changer. I gained clear frameworks to spot real AI opportunities, built functional prototypes without coding, and deepened my understanding of LLMs and RAG. The capstone project made the learning stick, and the weekend format fit perfectly into my schedule. What sets it apart is the balance: strategic, hands-on, and technical — all in one. Plus, the lifetime community access means the learning doesn’t stop when the course ends.
I recently completed the Product Facility’s AI Product Management Certification and recommend it to PMs looking to develop practical, ship-ready AI skills. The frameworks and guidance were immediately relevant to my day-to-day work. If you’re wanting to shift from light experimentation to confidently leading AI initiatives, this certification is worth it.

I really enjoyed the course curriculum and the live sessions, especially the breakout exercises with other cohort members and the live Q&A. Thank you to Miqdad and Moe for running such a great cohort!

Great overview for PMs
The discussions in the course are very helpful and are of the most value. A lot of generic PM content takes up half of the course space which could be very helpful for early career PMs and is definitely a refresher. Miqdad has a marvelous way of explaining things. The AI part is small but very impactful. Highly recommend this course.

Greatly value the networking and hearing what problems my peers are solving, and also appreciate how PF allows students to join the subsequent cohort - because the course is not a light easy breeze, and life sometimes gets in the way (in my case with 2 kids and a crazy workload), so I the flexibility of the course is helpful.

If you’ve never managed AI products, where do you start as a product leader? I recently completed the AI Product Management Certification with Product Faculty—and it was one of the most practical learning experiences I’ve had. What made it even more impactful: It was taught by Miqdad Jaffer Product Leader at OpenAI and previously at Shopify, who brought 18 years of experience building products at scale. Learning directly from someone shaping the AI landscape was invaluable. What stood out for me: • A shared language for AI development: understanding the stack, prompting patterns, function calling, RAG, and—critically—evaluation. Enough to have credible conversations with engineering and align stakeholders without drowning completely in tech and code. • No free pass on strategy: AI doesn’t replace fundamentals; it raises the bar. We explored how to craft strategies that drive market fit, business models, and responsible innovation. • Hands-on capstone: define a real-world problem, shape the solution concept, map the prototype (components, data, guardrails), and design the eval plan—through to a first working prototype. The live sessions made the difference. In Q&A with Miqdad and Moe Ali, the cohort brought real capstone questions—strategy, build choices, evals—and we got direct, practical answers. With a cohort spanning healthcare, fintech, engineering, and more, it felt like training our own LLM—absorbing dozens of approaches and mental models and discovery on market problems. My Takeaway: AI products win on strategic clarity and execution discipline: sharp use cases, realistic constraints, and evals tied to real outcomes.
The course started very promising. I was then kept distracted through other business topics. Therefore I am really grateful for the flexibility to continue with the next cohort.
Love the Q&A and enriching discussions/feedback. I wish we did a bit more hands on building in class too.

Course was great, highly recommend! Here are a few reasons why: - The background materials, tactical tips, and live Q&A were so helpful - Miqdad and Mo are very experienced and know the AI PM space much more deeply than any other courses I've encountered - The capstone project was a great way to reinforce skills we learned in the course - Live Q&A sessions with Miqdad were honestly super impressive. He is so thoughtful, structured, and clearly knowledgeable. It made me realize what it looks like to be a great AI PM, which I have not actually encountered in professional life.

Useful course, especially if one commits time to work on the capstone assignment - good theoretical base + guidance on the actual implementation of the assignment project. Also, we were offered extremely useful opportunity to finish theory of the course with this cohort and the capstone project during next - which is fantastic for those with less time to commit.

This was such a great course! Here are things I enjoyed about it * Miqdad is a masterclass with his real-world experience launching AI products and clarity on complex AI concepts * The course content is incredibly comprehensive * It's very hands-on and practical - assignments, projects, capstone, etc. Makes it quite intense at times, but the best approach to learn imo * Having a busy work and life schedule, I appreciated the recordings and office hours. Other observations * It is not for beginners. You can't learn the basics of product management while trying to master AI at the same time. * The course workload can get intense. This is both good and bad, depending on one's situation.
Solid course with a lot of detailed information on the AI PM position and support in delivering a hands-on project. The interactive sessions were also very helpful as the instructor was very good at explaining concepts live through the virtual whiteboard sessions.

The AI Product Management Course from Miqdad is really effective and is differentiated than other courses because it's more hands-on. The capstone project and the faculty support for the same is the highlight, I'm yet to complete my capstone and has requested for an extension, but this was a great learning experience for me.
