Moe and Miq are awesome with their content, delivery and presenting what matters for AI PMs.

One of the best AI courses that tailors to product management functionality, and taught by a top AI PM leader. Instead of focusing on a subset of specific tools and LLMs, the courses and capstone project focus on the tried-and-true framework of building successful AI-powered products that are both practical and generalizable; it also provide a good overview of AI workflow orchestration that is commonly required for production. AI technology and its applications are changing rapidly. However, by mastering the AI product development framework, PMs shall feel confident and well prepared to navigate the future of AI.

The practical aspects of the course have to be updated to include how PMs can 10x their output and start talking the language of prototypes instead of just PRDs. I think a lot of time was spent on PRD. More time needs to be spent on prototyping, evals-based testing etc.

Most of the content is recorded, the instructor provides feedback and helps with the project, but there are too many students for the feedback to be timely and personalized enough.

The course would have been truly comprehensive with the following topics: 1. Cost Benefit Analysis for AI products 2. Frameworks for deciding when AI is the best solution to solve a problem.
